The duration of membership shall be for one academic year and shall have to be renewed every year. A
student can retain the borrowed books for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of issue and a fine
of Rs.1.00 per day thereafter will be imposed.

Best Reader Award:
The B. H. College Library has instituted the Best Reader Award for the student who studies in the library
reading room for the maximum time in an academic session. Since 2005-06 this award has been given
every year. The recepient of the award is given away the prize in the Annual College Week Function.
